Configuration:
1. The lamp pole is an octagonal, twelve-sided, or eighteen-sided cone-shaped pole body, which is formed by cutting, bending, and automatic welding of high-strength high-quality steel plates. The general heights are 25, 30, 35, and 40, and the maximum wind resistance is designed to be 60 meters per second. Each specification consists of 3 to 4 sections. It is equipped with a flange steel chassis with a diameter of 1 meter to 1.2 meters and a thickness of 30mm to 40mm.
2. The functionality is mainly based on the frame structure, and there are also decorative materials. The main materials are steel tubes and steel pipes. The lamp pole and lamp panel are hot-dip galvanized.
3. The electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized control wire ropes and cables. It is installed inside the lamp pole body, and the lifting speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guide and unloading system consists of a guide wheel and a guide arm to ensure that the lamp panel will not move horizontally during the lifting process, and to ensure that the lamp panel can automatically fall off and be locked by a hook when it rises to its place.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6-24 400w-1000w metal halide (white light), projection and floodlight lamps. The computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial or full lighting.
6. Lightning protection system: A 1.5-meter-long lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and a 1-meter-long grounding wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded to the underground bolts.
