1. The light pole is an eight-pronged, twelve-pronged, eighteen-prism-shaped rod body. It is made of high-strength high-quality steel plates by cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Generally, the height is 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The design maximum wind resistance can reach 60 meters/second. Each specification is composed of 3 to 4 plug joints. Equipped with a flange steel chassis, with a diameter of 1 to 1.2 meters and a thickness of 30mm to 40mm.
2. Functionality is mainly based on the frame structure. There are also decorative materials mainly based on steel passes and steel pipes. The light pole and light plate are treated with hot-dip zinc.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, a winch, three groups of hot-dip galvanized control wire ropes and cables. The lamp pole is installed in the body, and the lifting speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guide and unloading system is composed of a guide wheel and a guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate does not move laterally during the lifting process, and to ensure that when the lamp plate rises in place, the lamp plate can automatically fall off and be locked by a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6-24 400w-1000w gold halogen (white light), projection light, flood light lamps. The computer time controller can automatically control the switching time of the lamp and partial or full lighting.
6. Lightning protection system: the top of the lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod, and the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter long ground wire and welded with the underground bolt.
